We had the BEST experience at Wheels Motor and RV. James was our salesman. He was so responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information that we needed to make our decision. Beau was the person who checked the rv to ensure everything was working and installed our washer/dryer. He also walked us through the aspects of the rv. He was so detail oriented and wanted to make sure we were happy with our new rv. We have purchased several rvs. This was absolutely the best experience we have ever had. I purchased my Brinkley Z 3610 at Wheels RV and the entire experience has been fantastic. Phil in sales did a great job with no pressure, didn't attempt any games during the negotiating process, and they provided an excellent offer on my trade-in trailer. Tillie at the parts counter was very helpful at getting some additional components ordered at excellent prices. Beau did a fantastic job during our inspection walkthrough and ensuring we understood all the components of the trailer. I also ended up ordering a Gen-Y kingpin for the trailer. I ended up bringing the trailer back to have it installed and Larry ensured I was able to wait while it was on installed on the trailer. Troy made sure we got to the right service bay, installed the kingpin in a record time, and then made sure the trailer and components all functioned properly, and were up to my expectations. Every person I encountered from the sales floor, to the parts counter, and out to mechanics were extremely helpful and welcoming. As a customer, I never felt like I was being treated as a nuisance to them, which I feel has become all-to-common in customer-business relationships in the present times. I have heard and seen some really awful issues originating from RV dealership, warranty issues, etc.. Wheels RV is not one of those dealers, and I will be happy to continue to spend my money with them. - Jim Harton
